Hi, I’m Bianca Bibi, MS, Licensed Mental Health Counselor(LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I’ve spent the past four years walking alongside individuals—from kids to adults—as they navigate some of the most challenging parts of their journey. And through it all, my goal has always been simple: to meet people where they are and support them with honesty, empathy, and care.
I work with clients ages 6 to young adults, and I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, stress, and sports performance. My approach is eclectic, which means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. I pull from a variety of evidence-based practices and tools to find what works best for you—because your story is unique, and your healing should be, too.
Something I always tell my clients is that we’re working together to find the puzzle pieces of their story. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about understanding you. And I believe that happens best in a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.
Whether I’m working with a child in a school setting or an adult in private practice, I bring my whole self to every session. I’m transparent, authentic, and fully in your corner. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. We’ll take it one piece at a time, together.
